Local installers, not a sales operation
Urban Installations Birmingham Ltd is a window and door installation company based in Sutton Coldfield. We specialise in the professional installation, repair and replacement of windows and doors — uPVC, aluminium, timber and composite — for homes across the Royal Town and the surrounding parts of north Birmingham.
Behind the company is over a decade of hands-on experience in the trade. That matters more than it sounds: most of the problems people call us about are fitting problems rather than product problems. A good window fitted badly will still draught, drop and stick.
There is no showroom appointment, no four-hour sales pitch and no discount that expires at midnight. We come out, measure, tell you what we think and give you a written price.
What you can expect from us
- The same people throughout — whoever quotes the job carries it out
- Honest advice first — if a reglaze will do, we will say so
- Every opening measured — nothing assumed from the one next to it
- Clean working — floors covered, old frames taken away with us
- Written quotations — with the guarantee terms set out in them
- Fully insured — cover in place on every job we take on
- A registered limited company — no. 16466870
- Local callbacks — we are minutes away, not a national queue

Quick to reply and quick to sort it — a misted pane was swapped out without any fuss, at a price that felt fair. Happy to recommend them.
Nothing to fault. Professional throughout, kept us in the loop, turned up when they said they would and did excellent work. We will use them again on the next project.
Exceptional service and workmanship. The team were polite, professional and clearly knew the job inside out, the price was competitive and they finished ahead of schedule.
